Tangit is a gap-filling solvent cement for jointing PVC-U pipe and fittings, by creating a chemical bond. Joints made with TANGIT remain unaffected by almost all fluids for which PVC-U pipe is suitable. The adhesive fulfills DIN 16970. Clean both surface ends thoroughly with Tangit Cleanser and clean tissue paper. Apply an even layer of adhesive (fitting thin, pipe heavier coated) in an axial direction with a brush. Assemble the parts within 4 minutes (at 20°C) without turning, and hold firmly for a few seconds.
